Check the rules.

Your course decides which AI uses are allowed. Ask your teacher when unsure.

Check the evidence.

Verify facts, quotations, and citations against the original sources.

Make it yours.

Use your own reasoning and words. Acknowledge AI help when required.

A few important limits.

AI feedback is not an official assessment.

It can misunderstand your task or miss context. It cannot guarantee a grade or certify compliance with your course’s policy.

A detection score does not prove authorship.

AI detection can be wrong. Similarity does not automatically mean plagiarism, and a low score does not establish correct attribution.

Keep private material private.

Avoid sharing sensitive personal information, confidential research, or material you are not authorised to upload. Read our privacy policy and terms.

Ask why a suggestion helps.

If you can explain the change yourself, you can carry that skill into your next assignment.
